A: Give us three days with your team. We'll kick things off with an all-hands session explaining why we're here and what we're doing. Then we dive in—team by team, person by person. How are they using their tools? What's frustrating? What makes them productive? We take notes, we ask questions, and we start building solutions that actually work for the people who have to use them.
A: We can! Or we can show up in person. Brett's in Minnesota, Christopher's in Ohio, and we're both happy to travel if that's what works best for your team.
A: Absolutely. We're happy to stick around for future tweaks, documentation updates, or support as your team grows and evolves. We'll work out a cadence that makes sense.
A: AI has its place. But it's still in its awkward preteen phase, and we don't think it should be client-facing—especially not in writing, documentation, or strategy. We don't want to give you something that reads like autocorrect on steroids (or worse, like a mashup of everything the internet has ever misunderstood).
A: First, that's not a question. Secondly, congrats! Busy is good. But imagine your team being just as (if not more) productive while being less underwater. That's kinda our whole deal.
